Welcome to your new office

Better Way Counseling Collective is a co-working community space for licensed clinicians, offering half-day and hourly office access.

Join a thoughtfully designed space for licensed clinicians who want to grow their business at a sustainable rate with a sense of community.

When you join BWCC, you’ll have access to a peaceful office space that’s free of distractions, as well as a dedicated workspace that’s outside of your home for the days you need to focus.

As for the community?
Come as you are, participate as you feel comfortable.

BWCC was created by a clinician, for clinicians, to provide the space and support you need.

Meet The Founder,
Brooke Williams

MA, LPC, LPCS

Better Way Consulting Collective is a flexible co-working space that’s purposefully designed for therapy. These are fully furnished offices in a quiet, peaceful space where licensed clinicians at any stage of business can operate and grow their practice.

My goal with this space is to eliminate the isolation that comes with running a private practice, while developing community and providing support for the stage of your current practice, as well as your growth.

I hope you’ll join our community.

Always collaborative,
never comparative.

In the Collective, licensed clinicians grow and learn at their own pace.

At BWCC, we offer two ways to join. Licensed clinicians can sign up for half-day access to a private office space, or you can choose an hourly membership.

These plans are designed to support the growth of your practice, regardless of the stage of business you’re currently in.

In addition to fully furnished offices, we also have a conference area that can be used by members as needed. Drop in and know that you have a quiet space where you can complete paperwork, connect with like-minded individuals, and decompress. This is a
co-working space within the Collective.

We have a total of 4 offices available.

What will you gain from joining the Better Way Counseling Collective?

We are all
always learning.

More than an office space, BWCC aims to provide learning opportunities for members, as well as teaching opportunities. If you’re interested in either learning or presenting on a specific topic, send us your ideas! We’d love to hear them.

We’re all experts, but nobody is an expert.

In this community, we value sustainable growth, collaboration, and support for licensed mental health therapists and social workers with an active practice at any stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Interested in joining the Collective but still have questions? We’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions about our space. If you have a question that’s not listed, contact us by clicking the button below! We’re happy to answer any questions you might have ahead of your tour.

  • BWCC offers two primary ways clinicians use the space: Members and Visiting Members. Neither is better than the other — they are simply different ways of engaging based on needs and season of practice.

Members hold a recurring half-day access through a 12-month agreement and have access to:

    • A guaranteed, recurring half-day in the space

    • Office use during that half-day for sessions and administrative work

    • Optional weekly peer consultation

    • Optional monthly business consultation

    • Inclusion in the BWCC website directory

    • Invitations to community events and gatherings

    • Integration into the ongoing rhythm and culture of the space

Participation is never required; membership is about access and consistency, not obligation.

Visiting Members use the space flexibly, either by the hour or through a package (packages are available upon request). Visiting Members have:

    • Access to the office during scheduled booking times

    • Use of the space for client sessions and administrative work

    • A professional, calm environment without long-term commitment

Visiting Member access focuses on space use rather than ongoing community integration.

Optional opportunities for Visiting Members include:

    • Monthly business consultation (opt-in, small per-session fee)

    • Select events or gatherings (optional, low cost)

All consultation spaces are peer-based and non-hierarchical.

  • No. BWCC is not a group practice. Clinicians practice independently and remain fully responsible for their own clients, documentation, billing, scheduling, clinical decisions, and business operations. BWCC does not employ clinicians, manage caseloads, bill clients or insurance, or provide clinical supervision.

  • BWCC does not provide or guarantee referrals. However, because BWCC is a relational, clinician-centered community, organic peer-to-peer referrals may naturally occur based on trust and fit. Referrals are informal and never tracked or assigned.

  • No. Participation in consultations, events, or gatherings is always optional. Belonging at BWCC does not depend on attendance or visibility.

  • BWCC may not be a good fit for clinicians seeking the lowest-cost office space, a purely transactional room rental, a virtual mailbox, employment or guaranteed referrals, inclusion in a group practice, or built-in supervision or business coaching. While supportive relationships may naturally form, supervision and coaching — when they occur — exist outside the structure of BWCC and are never assumed.

  • Not at this time. BWCC is designed primarily for in-person clinical and professional use. Mail services may be revisited in the future if a clean, low-maintenance system becomes possible.

  • Yes. The conference room may be rented independently by licensed clinicians who carry active malpractice insurance.
